Bump Bench does not control third-party AI platforms, model behavior, availability, pricing, privacy practices, data handling, or future changes.

Clients remain responsible for:

• reviewing and verifying every output;

• protecting confidential and identifying information;

• deciding whether an output should be retained, revised, rejected, or used;

• approving final materials before implementation.

Human Judgment and Decision Responsibility

Bump Bench does not make professional or implementation decisions for clients.

Clients remain responsible for determining whether any resource, instruction, activity, evaluation method, AI-assisted output, draft, construct, or prototype is appropriate for:

• their clients, caregivers, families, or participants;

• their professional role and practice setting;

• their organization;

• their intended use;

• applicable laws, policies, standards, and professional requirements.

No worksheet, guide, activity, prototype, facilitator material, participant material, or written AI instruction should be used until it has been reviewed and approved by the responsible practitioner or organization.

Bump Bench may review materials for alignment with the agreed instructional scope, audience, structure, and approved learning direction.

That review is not a:
