How your work is prepared before using AI

Over lunch, talk through one task while it is written into instructions for use in AI.

In-person delivery in Northern Virginia.
Engagements accepted nationally.

What Happens During an Engagement

1. Bring one task
You talk through a real task the way it already happens.

2. It is clarified as you go
As you walk through it, what matters, what needs to be decided, and what needs to stay consistent is defined.

3. Leave with it written
The task is written into clear instructions so you can do the work in AI.

The Three-Volume Structure

🟤 Volume I — Observation  Pattern & Prep™ Baseline

You start with one task you already do.

  • how you describe the task

  • what you include when you do it

  • what you check before using it

  • what may come up when AI responds

This is what AI has to work with.

🟫 Volume II — Governance
Translation

Before anything is used, a few decisions are made.

  • how the task is checked

  • what fits and what doesn’t

  • what you keep

  • what you change or leave out

These decisions are written into the task.

△ Volume III — Instruction
Technology Addendum

The instructions are written to guide how AI responds and how you use it.

Scenario-Based Learning Prototype · Claude Artifact

This is an example of one task, built from the Concierge Instruction Set™.

It shows how a skill can be practiced between sessions using a structured scenario.

The experience is guided through a set of defined responses,
so each step can be followed and used as written.

Each response reflects how the task has been prepared in advance.

Everything is written so the task can be used consistently.
