Before You Book
Instructional By Design™
Each Table turns the root cause of your challenge into a structured, licensed Instruction Set™ ready to teach across your team.
This model is designed to be fast, focused, and non-disruptive.
The FAQs below outline how it works.
PREPARING YOUR TABLE
What does the Audit include?
A private review completed in advance, followed by a structured virtual call to walk through the findings, what’s ready, and where attention is needed.
When are Audit results shared?
Results are shared only during the Pattern & Prep Call, so leaders receive the interpretation directly and nothing is misunderstood or taken out of context.
Are any documents or internal access required?
No. The assessment is conversation-based and does not require internal systems, data, or files.
Can the Audit be rescheduled?
Yes. Rescheduling moves the appointment to the next available opening for a fee. Cancellations within 24 hours are treated as a reschedule.
DURING YOUR TABLE
How long is a Table?
60 minutes, in person.
When are Tables hosted?
Tuesday–Thursday, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Audit review calls take place on Mondays.
What happens during a Table?
The matched instruction set is reviewed, questions are answered, and leaders can test examples or scenarios in real time to confirm understanding.
AFTER THE TABLE
Is implementation included?
No. Execution is completed by the organization’s internal team or preferred partners.
Is ongoing support available?
Referrals can be provided if training, delegation, or implementation is needed. Additional Audits or Tables can be scheduled at any time.
There is no retainer and no recurring program.
Does this include system reviews or data access?
No. This work is fully conversation-based.
THE EXPERIENCE
Will the process feel critical or uncomfortable?
No. The review highlights operational patterns, not personal performance.
Leaders typically experience relief and a clearer understanding of what has been slowing progress.
Why in person for the Table?
In-person sessions create focus, reduce complexity, and help leaders reach confident decisions quickly.
What preparation is required?
None. The process is intentionally designed to be simple and low-lift.
