Your work begins before the technology does.
Before You Book: What to Expect
Instructional By Design™
How Bump Bench engagements are structured, what’s included, and what’s not.
This experience is designed to be fast, focused, and non-disruptive.
The FAQs below explain what’s reviewed, how decisions are supported, and what remains in your control. Each step is delivered as a separate engagement, with its own scope and fee. You choose whether to continue, pause, or repeat the process for another department.
Step 1: Pattern & Prep™ Audit
A structured review of leadership input alongside public-facing signals to identify alignment gaps, decision risks, and future pressure points before hiring, training, or technology choices are made.
Step 2: The Concierge Instruction Set™
At the Table, the findings from Step 1 are translated into:
Clear instructional structure
Role clarity
Decision boundaries
What should remain human judgment
What could be supported by training or technology later
A paper map is provided..
Step 3: The Technology Addendum
Only after the map exists do you show:
How existing tools could be used more safely
Where technology would amplify clarity instead of confusion
Where technology should not be introduced at all
This step is optional because the core value is instructional clarity, not AI adoption.
